Hi janitor007 ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Is it possible to share a video of the timer connected to your adapter to observe the behavior?
Kindly follow the steps below :
First, you have to long-press the timer button till the red light shows and then press the same for 6 times to reset the timer.
Once that’s done you should get the blue light on the timer and LED lights on pico should glow. Then set the timer for the 6am to 8pm cycle. You should press the button for 22 times to manually reset the timer. So that the timer will switch on and off from 6am - 8pm. Also check if the glow lights are switching off after you have set the timer.
After that, you will have to set the timer as per your local time,
Red light indicates that the timer is resetting
Blue light indicates that the timer is allowing power to transfer to the LED’s
Green Light indicates that the timer has cut the power from pico
If the following process does not work, please send us an email with a video of the process at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will revert to you at the earliest.
