I am missing the Garden toolkit and I have emailed several times and my email was said to be forwarded to the proper support and I have yet to hear back. Also, I have attempted to email support@altifarm.com and the email comes right back getting this message: Address not found
Your message wasn’t delivered to suppport@altifarm.com because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.
If for any reason you can not send me the toolkit, how can I go about getting a refund for the item that is missing?
