Why does the Picomax keep flashing?

Worked it out. It seems to be due to a loose connection between the Pico and the power cable. Seems to be working now taped
Started flashing again. The blue light on the base is flashing as is the main light.
Any ideas?
What a useless piece of kit. Kept flashing and then stopped. Main power inlets fell off and were not properly soldered in.
