I received my Altifarm but we are not at all pleased with how it arrived. It’s corroded, dirty, and scratched. It’s like someone else used it for a while and then you sent it to us.
Also, two of the sliders for mounting the glowlights are cracked and cannot be used. How will you make all of this right? Can you send the parts as soon as possible but what about the rest of the order?
This has been a very disappointing experience starting with non-responsive customer service prior to it even arriving.
