Radio Silence from Support?

Friday March 11th I sent an email to support as they had mailed my kickstarter order to the wrong address but I have yet to hear back.

Has anyone else been able to reach support in this time?

I also would really like to hear from support on the status of my order. I’ve sent emails and called the number in my receipt email which was incorrect. I’m getting pretty concerned.

I did finally get an email roughly 20 minutes ago, but my package, according to the fedex tracking, is still headed to the wrong address

Thank you for the help, the package did end up making it to me just as you said it would.

Unfortunately it appears as though a second package was sent out as well to the wrong address again? I know when I did my kickstarter backing I did the Pico Max, a gardening tool, and a battery. Two of the three arrived, so I’m guessing this is the battery?
Are we able to redirect this one as well as update my address properly so this never happens again?
