Stl trying to get my defective Pico 1 Replacement.

I was told by mid October I would have a tracking number for my defective Pico (after waiting a year!)
October came and went with no tracking number or update.
My emails have been ignored and I am so frustrated by being ignored I’m about to take my struggle public on social media!

No one likes feeling ignored
