Been doing #vanlife more often than not since mid 2015 when I bought a used Sprinter and converted it. Mostly interested in herbs (basil, mint, ?? once more are available again in the spring). Having things on 5V is really nice for my auxiliary setup (4KW of LiFePo4 batteries charged by 300W of solar and the alternator on the engine) as it’s less wasteful than converting up to AC from 12V.
My partner is really happy and randomly says “pico pico pico” in a cutesy voice, so they’re providing some cheer with their festive lights. 🙂
